Refund & Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Fee
For returns due to change of mind, wrong selection or buyer preference: a flat return shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your total refund. If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost with a prepaid label.
How to Start a Return
- Email qxw8892@outlook.com with your order number and return reason.
- Wait for our return authorization (RA) and return instructions. Do not send returns without RA.
- Ship the item following the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable for buyer-initiated returns.
Exchanges
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
