All orders are fulfilled from our US local warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $50.
• Free shipping for all domestic direct delivery orders.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, weather or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot reroute or modify addresses after the package is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@goodhoh.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each case separately.
